General
Luxe Shadow serves as an online platform for marketing women's fashion products.
The terms and conditions are written in the feminine form for convenience but apply equally to all customers.
Placing an order on the website constitutes confirmation that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions, which serve as a binding contract.
The company reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Purchase Process
Purchases on the website can be made using credit card, Bit, or bank transfer.
All orders are subject to payment provider approval.
Prices on the website include shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).
Products are marketed through external suppliers, and therefore, the responsibility for product supply and service lies with the suppliers.
Luxe Shadow Shop is neither the manufacturer nor the direct supplier of the products.
Once the order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
Shipping Policy
Delivery time: 7-15 business days.
Order processing: up to 2 business days from order confirmation.
Tracking number: will be provided 6 days after shipment.
In case of a lost package, a refund request may be submitted only after 60 business days.
Self-collection of products is not available.
Delays due to holidays, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.
Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, as long as they have not been shipped yet.
Order cancellation is subject to a fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower), according to the law.
If the credit card company charges a cancellation fee, this amount will be charged to the customer in addition.
Exchanges are not possible after the purchase is completed.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases and with company approval.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and without defects.
Please note that the bags displayed on the website are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned.
Removing protective covers or stickers from the bags will be considered usage and will void the possibility of returns.
Cancellation or return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product via customer service.
The cost of returning a product, for any reason, will be covered by the customer.
No cancellations or returns are available for customers outside of Israel.
Important: The bags are high-quality replicas, carefully designed to resemble the originals. However, slight differences may occur between the product and the original, which do not constitute a defect.
A "defect" is considered any substantial flaw that impairs the product's usability or proper function, such as tears, loose stitching, or significant and visible stains. Minor color deviations, slight measurement variations, or non-substantial differences between the product and website photos are not considered defects and do not entitle the customer to a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation by the Website
The company reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
