Delivery & Shipping Policy
Handling & Preparation Time:
After order confirmation, we perform a full quality check, packaging, and preparation of the order within up to 2 business days.
This handling time is part of the delivery process and is not included in the shipping time.
Shipping Time:
Estimated shipping time is between 7 to 15 business days after the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Business days do not include weekends, Israeli holidays, or holidays in the destination country.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (Handling + Shipping):
The total estimated delivery time is usually between 9 to 17 business days, including handling and quality control.
Tracking Number:
A tracking number will be sent to the customer 6 days after the package is shipped.
Lost Package:
In case of a lost package, please allow 60 business days from the shipping date before contacting customer service for a resolution.
Possible Delays:
Delays may occur due to holidays, high shipping volumes, extreme weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The company is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other regulatory procedures.
International Shipments:
International shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs inspections in the destination country.
Any extra charges, such as customs duties, taxes, or local fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Self-Pickup:
Self-pickup is not available.
Notice Regarding Oversized Shipments
Please note that when the package weight exceeds 2 kg, due to the large dimensions of the box, Luxe Shadow reserves the right not to include the box in the shipment, in order to ensure a smoother and faster delivery experience for our customers.
This situation is common with large bags, especially with Hermès-style bags, which often require oversized packaging. Such large-volume parcels are frequently subject to significant shipping delays and logistical constraints.
